Self-defence isn’t just about learning techniques it’s about keeping them instinctive, effective, and second nature.

Our Training & Maintenance sessions are designed to help you increase your phyiscal ability, stay confident and prepared, ensuring that everything you learned in Level 1, remains sharp and practical.

These sessions provide you with extra yet flexible physical fitness training helping you: 

Refine Your Technique – Perfect the key movements and responses, so they remain natural under pressure.

Build Muscle Memory – Regular training helps you react instinctively in real-world situations.

Enhance Your Fitness – Improve strength, coordination, and endurance while reinforcing your self-defence skills.
