4 weekly self-defence Classes for anyone over 16 to try Just Self Defence.
The classes are for anyone interested in leaning how to improve their safety.
You can do one class or all four
Each class cost £10 per person
These no fitness training, so you don't need to be fit.
You need to be 16 or over or 13 if attending with an adult.

About The Course
Just Self Defence was created out of real-life situations. Its aim is to make you more aware of the environment you're in and to reduce the chance of you becoming a victim.
It gives you knowledge, which can be the difference between you getting seriously hurt or not. It also covers other topics that are not taught in a lot of martial arts.
Unfortunately, there is always a chance of being attacked, somebody, somewhere, for whatever reason may just single you out to be their victim.
Just Self Defence is a basic self-defence system that is based on 4 phases of defence, that are easy to understand and remember, along with information to increase your knowledge and understanding of self-defence.
It contains self-defence techniques that are based on natural reactions and formulated moves to improve your confidence and ability.

About the Instructor
Chris Renton
Founder and Instructor
Chris Renton, instructor in Self-Defence, Chen Sao Kung Fu and Personal Training, created Just Self Defence in 2005.
Starting at the age of 12 in Shukokai Karate, I was at an age where Martial arts become a way of life, training everyday and expanding my knowledge and ability over the years by learning different style’s, systems and disciplines from western boxing, Muay Thai boxing and Kung fu, to which I become an instructor, in the year 2000.
